Keller Williams Fresno opened in 2009. We are a locally owned and operated family business. Prior to Keller Williams, the family ran a boutique brokerage called Westland and Realty Investment, Inc. that had operated in the Fresno area since 1983. Though mainly a residential firm, agents also represent land and commercial clients. We foster meaningful relationships with agents who partner with KW. All four owners have supported the real estate industry through various positions and involvement in local and national boards. We have two past presidents! Though we are a family, we run our business like a business. We teach agents to run businesses as well. The purpose of business is to fund the life one desires. Keller Williams has a belief system, a mission statement, and a value statement, and at its core are God, family, and then business.
Our specialty is teaching agents to nurture business relationships using client events. Four to five client events a year are provided for agents to partner in. We encourage building, maintaining, and nurturing clients to strengthen communities. The client’s data is not sold. Keller Williams agents are knowledgeable about real estate contracts.
Keller Williams is a worldwide franchise in 58 countries and growing. The referral network is huge! Agent websites and consumer mobile apps are branded for the agent and have national and international search capabilities in the foreign countries KW has listings. Keller Williams agents are multi-cultural and multilingual. So is the technology. We offer an excellent risk management program and in-house broker support. The company is cloud-based and has a physical building that is in a wonderful location and is affordable. Our meetings are hybrid, with several in-person meeting opportunities. Keller Williams has an online university and a learning library.
